2. Longevity Living Program – We bring cutting-edge health and wellness research into every community. 3. The Longevity Flywheel – When we prioritize outstanding care and invest in our staff, we create a self-sustaining cycle of excellence. This approach benefits everyone—residents, their families, our staff, and our investors.
At Longevity Senior Living we aren’t doing senior housing the old fashioned way with chair yoga and people sitting in front of the TV. We are using technology 24×7 to find ways to help our residents, we’re investing into our employees, and that’s leading to better quality of life for our residents. It’s a constant commitment to establishing processes for doing things better.
This allows us to stand behind our Resident and Employee Promise and stand out from the competition for families, employees and investors
Our average nurse call response time is under 8 minutes, far surpassing industry standards. This ensures residents receive timely assistance and families experience unparalleled peace of mind.
Social isolation significantly impacts health outcomes. That’s why we offer six or more activities every day and ensure that every resident is personally engaged at least once a week. Our commitment keeps residents socially connected and thriving.
At Longevity Senior Living, we create signature “anchor events” every month, giving residents unique experiences to look forward to. These moments help make each day special, breaking the monotony often found in other senior living communities.
At Longevity Senior Living, it’s more than just a job, you’re part of a team that cares. We ensure every individual is recognized and respected, starting with something as simple but meaningful as your name. Our commitment to building a positive and inclusive culture begins with creating personal connections across every level of the organization.
We understand the importance of staying competitive in today’s labor market to attract and retain top talent. That’s why we’ve implemented a program that automatically evaluates local market wage rates every six months. Based on these evaluations, we adjust salaries to ensure our team members are compensated fairly and competitively for their skills and dedication.
We’re not just focused on today’s tasks, we’re invested in your future. Our Leadership Training Program is designed to empower team members at every level to develop the skills needed to lead with confidence and excellence. Whether you’re a caregiver, nurse, or administrative professional, we provide the resources to help you grow into leadership roles within our organization.
For those looking to take their career to the next level, Longevity Senior Living offers clear pathways to executive leadership positions. Whether leading one of our communities as an Executive Director or joining our corporate leadership team, we’re committed to helping you reach your full potential while making a meaningful impact in the senior living industry.
We believe every role is vital to the success of our communities, which is why we offer individualized career paths for all team members. From entry-level positions to specialized roles, we work with you to map out a journey that aligns with your goals. At Longevity Senior Living, your career isn’t just a job—it’s a partnership in your growth and success.
Social engagement is a powerful contributor to longevity, as staying connected with others enhances both mental and physical health. Strong social bonds reduce stress, lower the risk of depression, and support cognitive function, helping to delay memory loss and age-related decline. Engaging with a community also encourages an active lifestyle and a sense of purpose, which are linked to better overall health and a longer life. Staying socially connected keeps the mind sharp, the heart happy, and the years ahead fulfilling.
The Longevity Difference: We have the resident promise that we have at least 6 activities per day and meaningfully connect with each of our resident at least on a weekly basis. This helps prevent residents from isolating in their apartments and guides us to provide even better activities that engage our residents in even more meaningful ways.
Proper exercise plays a vital role in promoting longevity by improving overall health and reducing the risk of chronic diseases. Regular physical activity helps maintain a healthy heart, boosts immune function, and supports brain health, lowering the risk of cognitive decline. It also preserves muscle mass, strengthens bones, and improves balance, reducing the likelihood of falls and injuries. Additionally, exercise enhances mood, reduces stress, and promotes better sleep, all of which contribute to a longer, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
The Longevity Difference: At Longevity Senior Living communities we either provide or facilitate regular fall risk assessments, weight, muscle mass, and bone density measurements. We don’t just have chair yoga, we provide fitness classes with progressive resistance training that maintain or improve key metrics. We also facilitate on-site Physical Therapy services for our residents with specific challenges.
Food is essential for longevity, fueling the body with the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants it needs to thrive. A balanced diet rich in whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats supports heart health, boosts the immune system, and reduces the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes and cancer. Proper nutrition also helps maintain a healthy weight, preserves muscle mass, and supports brain health, promoting overall well-being and extending quality of life. Eating well is one of the best ways to enjoy more vibrant, healthy years ahead.
The Longevity Difference: Many people decline at home because shopping and cooking begins to become too difficult. We immediately help by providing healthy, fresh-cooked meals 3x per day. Whether it’s our daily special or something from our always-available menu, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Our clinical and culinary teams then work together daily to identify and assist residents with a change of activity, appetite, or dietary needs.
Finally, we use meals and special events to spark social engagement. We take pride in the food we offer, which is why residents come to our dining room and engage with each other, why families love to come enjoy mealtime with our residents, and why we love to have events that bring in the outside community
It’s surprising how many senior communities don’t have technology in key areas. Many of the senior housing communities that do have technology aren’t actually using it in a meaningful way or tying it into their other systems. This makes it just an added cost passed on to the community instead of making a meaningful contribution to resident care and operating efficiency.
The Longevity Difference: We use best-in-class technologies to manage each of our individual service areas: resident and family communication, fall detection, care delivery, electronic medical records, culinary, and more. Longevity does this better than others by then connecting the data together through consistent integrations and workflows. This ensures we have real-time access to the data that matters to help our residents and communities.

Throughout his career, Carl has led three successful exits, including founding one of the first companies to deliver internet services to student housing nationwide and pioneering internet and TV solutions for senior housing.
In 2012, Carl founded a caregiving software company that became the largest platform for geriatric care managers in the U.S., later selling it to the nation’s largest private-pay home care company. His expertise in scaling and transforming organizations brought him to Anthology Senior Living, where he joined in 2023 to stabilize and re-grow the company as a former AHSA Top 50 Operator.

In 2024, Carl led the carve-out of Anthology from CA Ventures, spearheading the recapitalization of the management company and rebranding it as Longevity Senior Living in 2025. Under his leadership, Longevity is strategically focused on independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities, with plans to expand its portfolio by 10-15 properties across regions including the Northeast, Chicagoland, and Dallas.
Carl’s innovative approach and commitment to operational excellence continue to position Longevity Senior Living as a leader in the senior housing industry.
