Development – The Longevity Senior Living team has overseen ground-up development and lease-up of over 45 Class-A properties nationwide. We’ve done projects ranging from 80-200 units, traditional 2-3 floor communities, high-rises, community expansions, hotel conversions, and on-campus cottages. Our expertise and experience can help you avoid costly mistakes from design to licensing and lease-up.
